Lien Services

Elevare Psychological Services provides psychological evaluations and treatment services on a lien basis at the request of legal counsel or referring professionals.

Fees are billed at standard professional rates. Itemized statements may be provided to authorized parties. Confidentiality is maintained in accordance with applicable laws. Information is released only with proper authorization or as required by law.

By proceeding with services on lien, the client and/or referring party acknowledges and agrees to these terms (Unpaid balances may be subject to collection).
